Cordyceps have historically been used by older people to reduce fatigue, boost strength, & increase sex drive. Woohoo. Their antioxidant qualities encourage anti-aging effects & promote youthfulness and vitality. They do so by increasing the body’s production of the molecule adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is essential for delivering energy to the muscles.

CHAGA

Chaga is known for its incredibly long list of nutrients and vitamins including Vitamin D, B-Complex Vitamins, Potassium. It’s also celebrated for its potency of antioxidants, known to target high levels of free radicals and promote the elimination of toxins and oxidants. REISHI

One of the most important effects of the Reishi Mushroom is its positive effect on the immune system.
